Sun City Aliante

Sun City Aliante is located 15 minutes from the Lass Vegas strip and 30 minutes from the Las Vegas Airport. There are over 460 acres of land within the community including an award-winning golf course of over 6,000 yards. There are many conveniences just 2 miles from the community.

The clubhouse includes a fitness center with cardiovascular machines and weights. This community has an Olympic-style indoor swimming pool, spa, and rooms for exercise and classes. There’s a large ballroom and social hall that has plenty of room for large groups. The community offers many recreational activities including: tennis courts, pickleball, bocce ball, horseshoes, and shuffleboard.

This community is located very close to miles of biking and walking trails. There is also a softball field, soccer fields, and volleyball courts. 

Homes range in size from around 1,150 square feet to over 2100 square feet. Most of the homes are two bedrooms, however there are three bedroom homes in the community. All the homes in the community have two car garages.
