Sun City Solera

Solera Henderson is an active adult community located to the south of Sun City Anthem. It is south off of Anthem Boulevard. Solera has its own recreation center for the homes that are located within the Solera community. This was the first community that was built fully by Pulte Homes.

The Solera Area Community Center is a lot smaller than the Sun City Anthem Community Center. This community center has a swimming pool, tennis courts, bocce courts, pickleball, and horseshoes. The community center is large enough to have card and craft activities for the residents of Solera.

This area at the Southwest end of Henderson has easy access to shopping, freeways, and many activities from the city of Henderson. You’re within a 10 minute drive to the M Casino and Green Valley Ranch Casino. The Henderson Amphitheater is within that 10 minute drive as well. The McCarran Airport is 15 to 20 minutes away from the house depending on traffic. 

This community has a monthly calendar of events  for all of its residents. There are both single family and townhome floor plans to choose from in Solera.
