Ardiente Gated Senior Community

Ardiente Community is a very active senior community in Las Vegas at the north end of the valley sunken back from the main road. 

The community center has many things to offer including billiard tables, game rooms, and a fitness center. Outside there is room for gatherings, tennis courts and bocce ball courts.  The community also has putting greens, chipping, and driving nets to hit balls for full swing practice.

Many of the homes in the retirement community have solar systems and have received useful upgrades. For the quality of the home , it is one of the most affordable properties in the Las Vegas Valley for the active senior adult.
