Desert Inn Mobile Homes Estates is located on the east side of Las Vegas off of Nellis Boulevard and just south of Desert Inn. The community has more than 400 homes located in the community. This is a manufactured housing community where the residents own their lot but the HOA manages the community.
There are areas within the community set aside for guest parking. It has a swimming pool at the clubhouse and a calendar of events for residents to take part in. This community is one of the most affordable communities in all of Las Vegas where you own your own building lot. Many of the homes in the area in the senior part of the community are well-kept. Most of the homes in this part of the area have carports, however some people have added garages to their homes.
The community center in the clubhouse has availability for card rooms. There is an area for people to meet for activities. There is also a tennis/pickleball court and a swimming pool with community BBQ areas. The cost for the homeowners association is fairly minimal.
The senior community has a security patrol staff to assist in taking care of any problems. The community is equipped with speed bumps to slow down traffic and mailboxes for the residents.
