Lake Mountain Estates in Boulder City is a community where the residents own their own lot and it is a manufactured housing community for seniors. The location of this community is on the hillside in Boulder City where the roads go down towards Lake Mead. Most of the homes in the community have a view towards the lake. Just north of this community, is a very nice mountain area. It is not uncommon to see desert bighorn sheep coming out of the mountains down to the parks to find their dinner.
