River Mountain Estates is located in the south end of Henderson, just off Boulder Highway close to Wagon Wheel. It is a small but active manufactured housing community with a HOA. There is an activities bulletin detailing events that residents can take part in.

This community is fairly well-hidden from the average buyer or real estate agent. The agent assisting you will have to look diligently to find homes here for sale. In this price range it could be a real gem.
